Moisture Cure Systems (R.T.V.)
The curing occurs by absorption of atmospheric moisure by the mass of the sealant. This starts the chemical reaction of the prepolymer with water to form the final polymer. This process is known as (room temperature vulcanisation), Delta silicone and polyurethane sealants fall into this category.
